Pledge Cancellation: You may cancel your pledge and receive a full refund within 14 days of your initial contribution, provided the project has not yet reached its funding goal or been fulfilled.

Project Fulfillment: Once the project has been fully funded and production or delivery has commenced, refunds are not available except in cases where we are unable to fulfill your reward.

Exceptions: Refunds will also be considered in cases of significant changes to the project scope or if the project fails to deliver after funding has been completed.
